Purpose:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced German Language Trainer to deliver high-quality German language training to candidates aspiring for international career opportunities. The trainer will be responsible for helping learners achieve language proficiency through engaging classroom sessions, structured lesson plans, and continuous assessments.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

- Deliver German language training to candidates from beginner to advanced levels.
- Plan, prepare, and conduct interactive classroom sessions.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, practice exercises, and assessments.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for Goethe examinations and other language proficiency tests.
- Maintain attendance, performance records, and training reports.
- Conduct regular mock tests and revision sessions.
- Ensure timely completion of curriculum as per training schedules.
- Create an engaging and motivating learning environment.
- Collaborate with the Training team to continuously improve course content and teaching methodologies





Key Requirements:

Experience & Background

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Goethe-Zertifikat C1 Certification (Mandatory)
- Minimum 13 years of experience as a German Language Trainer.
- Experience in classroom training is mandatory.
- Experience preparing students for Goethe examinations will be preferred.
- Experience in teaching adult learners is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

- Excellent command over German language (C1 level or above).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent pronunciation and grammar.
- Ability to simplify complex language concepts.
- Solid classroom management skills.
- Student-centric teaching approach.
- Good knowledge of digital teaching tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, online teaching platforms).
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
