Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong experience in fine jewellery/luxury. The role will focus on B2C sales, lead generation, exhibitions & events, client acquisition, brand building, and developing new markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive B2C sales through appointments, trunk shows, exhibitions and private events.
- Identify relevant exhibitions, trade shows, luxury events and networking platforms to generate new business leads.
- Proactively source and develop leads through exhibitions, events, industry networks and other channels.
- Build relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, retailers, designers, event organisers and industry stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new markets, customer segments and business opportunities.
- Plan and execute exhibitions, trunk shows and client engagement events, including lead follow-up and conversion.
- Build and strengthen the brands presence in the fine jewellery/luxury market.




- Monitor market trends and customer preferences to identify current opportunities.
- Develop business plans, budgets and sales strategies and achieve agreed targets.
- Lead and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Design, Production, PR and other teams.

Key Requirements

- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Luxury Management or related field.
- 7–12 years’ experience in fine jewellery, diamonds, luxury, premium retail or related industries.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, lead generation and client acquisition.
- Strong experience with exhibitions, events, trunk shows and networking-led business generation.
- Ability to identify new markets and independently develop business opportunities.
- Strong communication, networking, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong commercial and growth-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel for exhibitions, events, client meetings and business development.
