Job Purpose:

- To manage the learning & development needs of assigned Region for Employees and Partners (B2B & B2C) through Training Need Analysis, Training programs, Joint Field Work, and other business activities.

Responsibilities:

- To coordinate with Employees and Partners to understand their learning requirements & provide the necessary development interventions.
- To prepare Training Calendars in discussion with Sales team and ensure adherence.
- To train Employees on Products and Processes
- To liaison with Regional Office and Zonal Team to provide feedback on Training content requirements
- To support Employees and Partners on call for demonstration and observation along with Sales RAs
- To communicate & track completion of learning assignments including e-learning for Employees and Partners.
- To manage all the MIS and records related to Regional Training activities and maintain documents and updates for Audit purposes.

Qualification : -

- Full time Graduate/Post Graduate; MBA preferred, AMFI Certification, A-III, Training Certifications
- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in Sales Training in Life Insurance industry
