Job Summary

This is a create-and-distribute role. You'll take complex global tax and compliance mandates: e-invoicing rollouts, regulatory deadlines, new digital reporting regimes, and package them into content that enterprise decision-makers actually read, share, and act on. Then you'll own that content in front of them.

You're not just a writer, and you're not just a channel operator. You're both: someone who can produce a survey report on Monday and architect its distribution across email, social, webinars, and events by Friday. You think in funnels, not just formats! Every asset you create has a job to do in moving prospects from first touch to sales-accepted lead.

This is a high-ownership role on a team that ships fast and experiments constantly, with AI as a core part of how we work.

Responsibilities

- Package. Turn global compliance mandates and product capabilities into compelling content assets: research and survey reports, opinion notes, blogs, whitepapers, landing pages, and web content built for a senior enterprise audience
- Know the audience. Deep-dive into our ICPs across global markets: understand the nuances of what a CFO in the UAE worries about versus a tax head in Germany, and shape content and messaging accordingly
- Own the funnel. Understand how content drives inbound demand: from traffic and MQLs through to SAL creation and design content programs with clear funnel outcomes, not just publishing calendars
- Run the distribution engine. Take end-to-end ownership of getting content to market across channels: website, webinars, events,



organic social, email, and more. Creation without distribution is half a job here
- Think like a marketer. Plan logically across distribution avenues: sequencing, channel fit, timing, and measurement. Know which channel earns which asset, and why
- Move with AI velocity. Use AI tools to research, experiment, iterate, and produce at speed, treating AI as leverage for your thinking and output, and staying ahead of how it's reshaping marketing work

Requirements & Competencies

Must-have

- Excellent language skills: you're genuinely happy writing, and it shows in clean, precise, persuasive output
- Strong logical and structured thinking: you can plan a content program, write the assets, and orchestrate their distribution end-to-end
- 2-6 years of experience in marketing/content writing: a marketing mindset: you understand personas, funnels, and channels, and you connect content to business outcomes
- Comfort with AI tools and an appetite to experiment, learn fast, and raise your own velocity

Valuable to have

- A finance background or experience working in B2B / SaaS marketing
- Familiarity with tax, compliance, or regulatory content
- Exposure to cross-functional workflows: working with design, SEO, sales, and product teams
