Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Azure infrastructure operations and L1 support.
- Configure, deploy, and support Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and connectivity issues.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform/ARM/Bicep.
- Monitor resource health, performance, availability, and capacity.
- Follow security, backup, compliance, and DR best practices.
- Collaborate with L2/L3 engineers and application teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation.

Requirements

- Experience in Microsoft Azure infrastructure operations and support.
- Knowledge of Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.
- Hands-on experience with Azure VMs, Storage, VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, and related services.




- Understanding of Azure networking, including subnets, routing, VPN, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience with Terraform, ARM Templates, and/or Bicep for IaC.
- Knowledge of Azure monitoring, security, backup, compliance, and disaster recovery.
- Robust troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration skills.
