Responsibilities
- Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing processes.
- Exposure to composites, metallic structures, or sheet metal work.
- Knowledge of aviation safety and quality standards (AS9100 - basic awareness).
- Willingness to work in shopfloor / production environments.
- Solid and blind riveting techniques
- Use of pneumatic rivet guns, bucking bars, squeezers
- Removal and replacement of defective rivets
- Torque application and torque wrench usage
- Structural and non-structural bonding techniques
- Surface preparation for bonding (cleaning, abrasion, priming)
- Knowledge of aerospace adhesives, sealants, and curing processes
- Application of bonding materials as per process specifications
Requirements
- 2+ years of total working experience in related domain
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering / Aerospace Engineering / Aircraft Engineering
