Role & responsibilities:
- Supervise manufacturing activities for External Preparations.
- Ensure smooth operation of packing lines, including barcoding systems.
- Maintain and review shop-floor documentation (BMR/BPR) in compliance with GMP requirements.
- Monitor process adherence, coordinate with QA/Engineering, and support deviation handling.
- Handle and guide shop-floor manpower to ensure productivity, quality, and compliance.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Experience in External Liquid.
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
- Solid knowledge of GMP, BMR/BPR documentation, and barcoding systems.
- Hands-on exposure to shop-floor operations and workforce supervision.
- Good communication skills and a compliance-driven mindset.
