- Design and develop instrumentation and control systems for manufacturing or process plants.
- Prepare instrument specifications, datasheets, loop diagrams, cable schedules, and P&IDs.;
- Select suitable instruments such as transmitters, sensors, control valves, analyzers, and PLC/DCS systems.
- Review engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of instrumentation equipment.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot instrument failures and control system issues.
- Calibrate instruments and maintain calibration records.
- Ensure maximum availability and reliability of instrumentation systems.
