We arelooking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Cybersecurity ProductTechnical Specialist with hands-on experience in cybersecurity and exposureto Pre-Sales and Post-sales Implementation.

The idealcandidate should have strong communication and presentation skills, goodtroubleshooting ability, and experience working with customers, partners, Salesteams, and OEMs.

Experiencewith Palo Alto, Fortinet, Trellix, Trend Micro, F5, SentinelOne, Zscaler ( any one cybersecurity product preferred )

YourRole

As a CybersecurityProduct Technical Specialist , you will provide technical solutions acrossthe customer lifecycle, including implementation and deployment andpost-implementation support.

You will workclosely with Business, Sales, OEM, and Channel Partner teams to deliverthe right cybersecurity solutions and ensure successful customer adoption.

KeyResponsibilities

Pre-SalesSolution Consulting

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cybersecurity solutions.

- Support Sales and Business teams in customer engagements.

- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, and POCs.

- Support solution design, technical proposals, BOMs, and documentation.

- Coordinate with OEMs for solution validation and technical support.

ImplementationDeployment

- Deploy, configure, and implement cybersecurity solutions.

- Support migration, rollout, integration, testing, and validation.





- Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation.

- Prepare implementation plans and technical documentation.

Post-SalesSupport

- Provide technical support after deployment.

- Troubleshoot product and implementation-related issues.

- Coordinate with OEMs for advanced troubleshooting and escalations.

- Support customers and partners throughout the solution lifecycle.

- Conduct technical training and knowledge-transfer sessions.

Hands-onexperience in one or more of the following:

Candidateswith strong hands-on experience in any one cybersecurity product areencouraged to apply.

Goodunderstanding of:

- VPN, GRE/IPsec

- Firewall and Network Security

- Identity and Authentication

- SAML / LDAP / Azure AD / Okta

Documentation

Ability toprepare technical documents such as:

- Technical Proposals

- Solution Design / HLD / LLD

- SOW and BOM

- Implementation Migration Plans

- Test Plans

- Technical Reports and As-built Documentation

CandidateProfile





- 35 years of hands-on experience in Cybersecurity / Security Engineering / Implementation Engineering.

- Experience in Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Implementation .

- Hands-on experience with one or more cybersecurity products mentioned above.

- Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.

- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Experience with demos, workshops, and POCs.

- Ability to work with customers, partners, Sales teams, and OEMs.

- Willingness to travel based on business requirements.

- Robust learning ability and interest in multiple cybersecurity technologies.

Certifications Preferred

- CompTIA Security+

- Palo Alto / Fortinet / F5 / Zscaler certifications

- Trend Micro / Trellix / SentinelOne certifications

- Other relevant OEM certifications
