1. Dispatch Planning & Execution

Achieve maximum dispatch quantity against the daily supply plan.
Prioritize urgent, ageing and customer-critical orders.
Ensure dispatch is completed within the planned timeline.

1. Stock Availability & Readiness

Verify stock availability before preparing the dispatch plan.




Coordinate with packing and other departments to ensure required stock is ready.
Maintain maximum stock availability against the daily supply requirement.
Ensure institutional orders have sufficient stock in packing and related departments.

1. Transport & Vehicle Planning

Plan appropriate vehicles based on carton quantity, destination and urgency.
Coordinate with private vehicles and transporters.
Monitor consignment movement and expected delivery dates.
Optimize transportation cost wherever possible.

1. Dispatch Documentation & Communication

Ensure invoice and packing documents are accurate before dispatch.
Share dispatch details with distributors and the concerned Sales Team.
Dispatch communication should include:

1. Number of cartons/boxes
2. Transportation mode
3. Expected delivery date/time
4. Invoice/bill value
5. Tracking/LR details, wherever applicable
6. Manpower Planning

Plan manpower according to daily dispatch volume.
Allocate manpower to picking, packing, checking, loading and dispatch activities.
Ensure optimum utilization of available manpower.
Plan shift allocation based on workload.

1. Inventory & Warehouse Management

Support regular stock arrangement and stock-taking activities.
Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO wherever applicable.
Maintain systematic stock locations.
Ensure maximum utilization of available warehouse space.
Identify slow-moving/blocked stock and coordinate for appropriate action.

1. MIS & Reporting

Prepare and circulate daily dispatch status.
Monitor planned vs. dispatched vs. pending quantity/value.
Highlight shortages, pending orders and reasons for non-dispatch.
Provide timely updates to HOD and concerned stakeholders.

1. Coordination

Coordinate effectively with Sales, Warehouse, Packing, Finance, Transporters and Distributors.
Resolve dispatch-related issues proactively.
