Job Summary
- We are looking for a Customer Relationship & Sales Executive to build strong customer relationships, handle support requirements, generate sales opportunities, and contribute to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with recent and existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Conduct outbound calls for lead generation and sales.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
- Convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through timely communication.
- Identify repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Update CRM/customer databases and prepare MIS reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer engagement targets.
