Role & responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
Handle walk-in customers with exceptional services.
Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and tracking
Manage cash flow, including daily cash register operations and banking activities.
Conduct accurate gold purity testing using industry-standard equipment
Calibrate weighing balance and XRF machine on daily basis
Perform the melting & testing process of Gold/Gold articles cautiously
Accomplish the XRF process as per set procedure
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards during testing
Monitor and manage the stores financial performance
Handle customer complaints and queries effectively
Maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize discrepancies
Ensure timely and accurate cash handling and reporting
Ensure 100% adherence to standard operating procedures around assaying & retail operations
