The Merchandiser will be responsible for handling the complete order execution process, from enquiry and sampling to production, quality, shipment, and final delivery. The role requires close coordination with overseas buyers, vendors, production teams, quality assurance, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time deliveries.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, or a related discipline.
- Experience handling export buyers - international markets will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of garment manufacturing and export merchandising.
- Familiarity with knitted garment / home furnishing production.
- Knowledge of costing and production planning.
- Understanding of knitted fabrics, trims, washing, printing, embroidery, and finishing processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and E mail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict buyer deadlines.
