Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, and enterprise application development.
- Strong experience developing and supporting cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Extensive expertise in Apache Kafka, including producers/consumers, topics, partitions, consumer groups, Kafka Streams, scaling, ordering, and delivery guarantees.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise messaging platforms including Kafka, Solace PubSub+, IBM MQ, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Event Hubs.
- Robust understanding of Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and patterns such as Pub/Sub, Event Sourcing, CQRS, Saga, DLQ, and message reliability/error handling.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs, SOAP services, and event-based integrations, with strong understanding of API lifecycle management.
- Implement API and service security using OAuth 2.0, JWT validation,



and secure service-to-service communication.
- Hands-on Azure experience with AKS, Azure Container Apps, and other cloud services; strong distributed systems and asynchronous processing knowledge.
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins, with hands-on Terraform/IaC for infrastructure provisioning and deployment automation.
- Experience with Azure SQL, Azure Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, and other Azure-hosted databases; Agile delivery experience across onsite/offshore teams.
