We are seeking a polished, proactive, and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our VIP guests, high-net-worth clients, and corporate accounts. Your mission is to elevate the guest experience, anticipate needs, resolve issues swiftly, and build long-term loyalty that drives repeat business and revenue growth.

Role & responsibilities

- Guest & Client Relations: Serve as the dedicated liaison for VIPs, frequent travelers, and corporate clients from pre-arrival through departure.
- Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners to secure repeat bookings.
- Personalization & Preference Tracking: Maintain accurate client profiles, tracking specific preferences, dietary needs, and special occasions to deliver tailored experiences.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the first line of defense for high-level guest complaints, resolving service failures with empathy, speed, and professionalism.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage,



and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution of guest requests.
- Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities to upsell premium rooms, spa packages, private dining, and curated local experiences.
- Feedback Collection: Conduct post-stay follow-ups to gather insights, analyze guest satisfaction trends, and present actionable feedback to executive management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor in Hospitality Management, business administration, marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, front office management, or high-end account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and work within a team
- Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients
- Exceptional organization skills and a solid work ethics.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays based on guest arrivals and events.
