- Mapping Industry and skill set with the assigned position
- To cater on given positions on daily basis
- Sourcing & Screening the cvs and Short listing the candidates as per JD
- Interview line up and follow up
- Constant interaction with the candidates till their joining
- Making daily MIS report
Required Candidate profile
- Should be passionate about recruitments
- Excellent communication skills
- Should have worked on Naukri Portal
- Excellent knowledge of keyword search on the job portal
