Position Description :The WW Sales Enablement team is responsible for developing trainings, managing the execution of consistent global strategies, programs, and methods which technically and professionally enable the Sales and Solution Partners to successfully and reliably implement BMC solutions in the marketplace.This position is for an Instructional Designer on the WW Sales Enablement team. The ID will be primarily required to work with SMEs and Enablement Managers within the Sales ecosystem to design, develop and deploy quality solution trainings on BMC products, insight training and soft skill trainings.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

- Implement theories and practices of Instructional Design to design and develop effective ILTs, WBTs, Assessments and Learning Paths for building desired competencies within the Sales organizations and BMC partners.
- Extensively use the Instructional Design experience during the complete training cycle -- end-to-end process of consultancy (need analysis), design and development, delivery/deployment, support, evaluation, and reporting.
- Experience with content creation/scripting.
- Communicates and coordinates with other stakeholders and/or Subject Matter Experts in the ecosystem such as Sales, Consulting Services, R&D;, and Customer Support located in various geographical locations to gather technical content.
- Effectively extracts and interprets technical information from various sources such as Engineering, R&D;, Customer Support, Services and Sales.
- Quickly learn BMC products, solutions and process best practices in order to develop effective training/ courseware.




- Is flexible to work in time zones to effectively and smoothly coordinate with peers across the globe and is capable of working independently with minimum supervision.
- Reviews training content and provides ID/edit feedback to other instructional designers.
- Adapts well to changing job and project requirements, such as manage changes to curriculum due to new releases and acquisitions.
- Can efficiently and independently use and administer a Learning Management Server.
- Review, upload and manage repositories and knowledge management portals.

Desired Qualifications (Knowledge and Skills)

- 3-4 years (minimum 2 years) of experience in the fields of Instructional Design and Content Development with attention to detail.
- Excellent fluency in English language, both written and verbal communications.
- Experience with latest learning methodologies such as microlearning, game-based learning, hands-on AI expertise will be desirable.
- Ability to independently and effectively multitask in a dynamic matrix environment and participate, contribute, and in some cases, lead multiple efforts with stakeholders across the globe.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel), Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise and Vyond.
- Cross-Functional/Deliverable focus Reporting & Data Analysis, Knowledge Management, and Customer-facing Collaterals
- Ability to effectively communicate up and down the organization and with liaison partners
- Solid video creation, editing and publishing skills are highly valued.
- Good to have knowledge of Data Center fundamentals (role of servers, network, applications, databases, etc.) and SaaS.
