Duville Estates Private Limited is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales professional to manage lead tracking, customer engagement, follow-ups, site visit monitoring, and CRM activities for its real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and track daily incoming leads through website, outdoor advertising, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Track organic website traffic and lead performance.
- Manage daily productivity of the pre-sales team, including outbound calling and repeat site-visit follow-ups.
- Monitor and audit site visits to identify challenges and improve conversion.
- Generate and maintain reports for weekly business reviews.
- Drive customer referrals and loyalty initiatives from existing customers.
- Engage with existing customers through multiple channels to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups with prospects to avoid lead drop-offs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, revisits, and pipeline updates.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, pricing guidelines, floor plans,



and apartment specifications.
- Handle customer escalations and support the team in resolving customer queries.

Required Skills

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
- 5 - 8 years of total experience, with relevant experience in the real estate industry.
- Practical knowledge of marketing concepts and real estate operations.
- Hands-on experience in managing CRM software, lead pipelines, and sales reports.
