Position: Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 6+ Years
Post-Qualification Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Bengaluru
Industry Preference: Real Estate / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and ensure timely closure of books.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, schedules, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, and applicable accounting standards.
- Drive month-end and year-end financial closure and reporting processes.
- Review accounting entries, provisions, accruals, reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules.
- Prepare cash flow, P&L;, and balance sheet analysis for management review.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.
- Strengthen financial controls and accounting processes.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support business and management decision-making.




- Ensure accuracy of financial reporting and compliance.

Candidate Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in Financial Reporting, Corporate Finance, and Accounting.
- Experience in Real Estate or Manufacturing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS and financial statement preparation.
- Hands-on experience in month-end closure, audit, MIS, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive command of MS Excel and ERP/Accounting Systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
