Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day pharmacy operations.
- Ensure accurate dispensing of medicines as per prescriptions and company guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, expiry tracking, and procurement activities.
- Maintain proper storage conditions for medicines and healthcare products.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
- Lead, train, and supervise pharmacy staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Coordinate with doctors, healthcare professionals, suppliers, and management.
- Prepare and maintain pharmacy records, reports, and documentation.
- Handle customer/patient queries and provide appropriate guidance regarding medications.
- Implement measures to minimize stock losses and improve operational efficiency.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / D.Pharm).
- Valid Pharmacy Registration Certificate.
- Robust knowledge of pharmaceutical products, inventory management, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and MS Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
