- Source and attract top talent for various IT and NON-IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for further processing.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of potential candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or sales hiring.
- Strong understanding of volume hiring processes and ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build solid relationships with clients and candidates alike.
