- Manage daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient use of resources.
- Oversee cluster management activities, including coordination with other centers and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement programs to achieve organizational goals, monitor progress, and report on outcomes.
- Ensure effective program implementation by providing guidance to team members and addressing any issues that may arise.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience in NGO management or a related field.
- Solid background in area management, center management, cluster operations, or similar roles.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful programs with measurable results.
