Job Description

- Understand requirements received from the Operations team and create store designs using AutoCAD and technical expertise.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with Operations. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve organizational goals, demonstrating self-motivation and a positive attitude.
- Coordinate with the Store Operations, Maintenance, and Category teams to understand current scenarios and update layouts as necessary. This may require traveling. Obtain necessary approvals and follow up with the Store Operations and Maintenance teams.
- Plot core and non-core categories for running stores and obtain approvals from both the Operations and Category teams.
- Prepare area statements for upcoming and ongoing stores, applying both coordination and technical expertise.
- Conduct periodic store visits to assess the feasibility of store revamping.
- Design back office and new regional office spaces as needed, based on Operations team requirementsdemonstrating innovation and technical expertise.
- Maintain and regularly update project files with the latest approved plans, Completion Certificates (CC), and Occupancy Certificates (OC).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
