Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure the overall care and supervision of female students residing in the hostel.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for all residents.
- Foster open communication with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders regarding student progress and concerns.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas of improvement in hostel facilities and services.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a warden or similar role in an educational institution.
- Robust knowledge of hostel management, warden activities, caretaking, supervision, and related fields.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
