Qualification: HSC / Graduate & Above
Experience: 6+ Months in Customer Service
Languages: English, Hindi & Marathi
Shift: Rotational

- Salary:
• 012 Months: 2.64 LPA
• 12+ Months: 2.96 LPA
• UJ In-hand: 16,662/month

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries and provide resolutions
• Maintain quality, AHT/CHT & customer satisfaction
• Escalate priority issues when required
• Follow process updates and guidelines
• Maintain valuable attendance & punctuality

Skills Required:
• Good communication & customer-handling skills
• Good Marathi communication
• Basic computer/PC knowledge
• Multitasking & active listening skills
• Customer-focused approach
