Role & responsibilities :

- Responsible for project planning, scheduling, and cost control
- Works across the full EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) lifecycle
- Supports senior project team in project controls and performance tracking

- Develop and maintain project execution plans and schedules
- Prepare progress reports, variance analysis, and mitigation plans
- Monitor cost, productivity, and budget performance
- Perform cost estimation and forecasting
- Track project progress and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery
- Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors
- Ensure proper resource planning and allocation
- Support decision-making through data analysis and reporting

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in Project Controls (preferably site experience)
- Experience handling projects 10 Cr+ value
- Exposure to EPC projects and execution models
- Strong in scheduling, cost control, and estimation
- Experience with project control tools
- Positive knowledge of construction practices and procurement
- Familiar with document control systems
- Certifications in Project Controls (preferred)
- Experience in fertilizer company
