To lead Process Engineering, New Machine Development, Automation, and Continuous Improvement activities, ensuring achievement of Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, and Delivery targets.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Low-Cost Automation initiatives.
Drive current machine, automation, jig, fixture, and die development as per project requirements.
Lean Manufacturing, Automation, Machine Development, Line Balancing, Cycle Time Study, Jigs & Fixtures, Problem Solving.
