Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generative AI Engineer to drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions. The role involves leading GenAI initiatives, mentoring teams, and delivering scalable AI applications to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of GenAI solutions
- Mentor engineers and data scientists
- Stay updated with latest GenAI and LLM advancements

Solution Development

- Architect and fine-tune LLMs and GenAI models
- Work on prompt engineering, RAG, and domain-specific tuning
- Develop solutions using Python (Azure/AWS) or .NET (Azure)
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security

Integration & Deployment

- Develop APIs for GenAI services
- Integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems
- Use Azure/AWS/GCP for deployment
- Implement MLOps for monitoring and retraining

Data Strategy

- Work with data teams for preprocessing and quality




- Ensure data governance and privacy compliance

Innovation & Research

- Explore multimodal AI, RLHF, and advanced techniques
- Evaluate frameworks and tools

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work with product/business teams on use cases
- Present technical concepts to stakeholders

Key Technical Skills

- Azure AI / AWS Bedrock / Vertex AI
- LLMs: OpenAI (ChatGPT), Gemini, Llama, Claude, Grok
- Frameworks: LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI
- Vector DBs: Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, FAISS
- RAG, RLHF, Tree-of-Thoughts, Multimodal AI
- Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Docker, MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow)
- Robust NLP fundamentals

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors/Masters in CS/AI/ML (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in AI/ML, with 2+ years in GenAI
- 2+ years in Conversational AI solutions
- Strong experience in ML, Statistics, and Data Science
- Proven experience delivering AI projects end-to-end
- Relevant cloud/AI certifications preferred
