Hiring: Team Lead Cell PPD | Photovoltaic (PV) Manufacturing

Function: Cell Process / Process Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Cell Process & Product Development (PPD) activities for PV cell manufacturing.
- Drive process development, optimization and improvement for solar cell manufacturing.
- Work on SPC, FMEA, DOE, RCA, 8D, DMAIC and process improvement methodologies.
- Analyze process data and identify opportunities to improve cell efficiency, yield, quality and reliability.
- Support current process/product introduction, trials and scale-up.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D; and Engineering teams to resolve process issues.
- Drive root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for process deviations.
- Prepare and review process documentation, reports and technical analysis.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Solar PV Cell Manufacturing / Cell Process Development / PPD.
- Hands-on experience in process optimization and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, DOE, RCA, 8D, DMAIC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in PV cell process / manufacturing environment is preferred.
Education: B.E./B.Tech / M.E./M.Tech in relevant engineering discipline.
