Role Overview:

The Manager – Specification will develop and drive specification opportunities for DPI Daylighting products across the North Region, with Gurugram as the base location.

The role will involve working closely with the Sales and Technical teams to ensure DPI Daylighting products are specified in projects and subsequently converted into business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage relationships with architects, consultants, facade consultants, developers, PMCs, and other key project influencers across the North Region.




- Identify upcoming projects at the pre-tender stages and create specification opportunities for DPI Daylighting products.
- Drive the inclusion of DPI products in specifications, BOQs, tender documents, and project designs.
- Conduct product presentations, technical seminars, and project-specific meetings with architects and consultants.
- Understand project requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations and technical inputs in coordination with the technical team.
- Track specified projects throughout the project lifecycle and work closely with the Sales and Technical teams to convert specifications into enquiries and secured orders.
- Develop and maintain a strong specification project pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on opportunities through to order conversion.
- Identify new business opportunities through regular engagement with key architectural and consulting firms.
- Ensure DPI products meet project specifications, applicable standards, and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting on specification projects, customer interactions, pipeline, and conversion status.

Desired Profile:

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in building materials, facade systems, roofing, cladding, architectural products, or related industries preferred.
- Proven experience working with architects, consultants, developers, facade consultants, and PMCs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel across the North Region as required.
