Job Title: Project Billing, Planning & Execution Manager

Job Description:

Responsible for managing project billing, planning, and execution activities to ensure timely completion of projects, accurate billing, and effective coordination between site teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and manage project billing, including RA bills, measurement sheets, BOQ reconciliation, and client submissions.
2. Prepare project schedules, work programs, and resource plans.
3. Monitor site execution and ensure work progresses as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
4. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
5. Track project progress, material requirements, manpower, and equipment utilization.
6. Identify delays, resolve site issues, and implement corrective actions.
7.



Verify quantities, maintain project documentation, and ensure billing accuracy.
8. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
9. Monitor project costs, budgets, and billing targets.
10. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of construction billing, BOQ, and quantity estimation.
- Experience in project planning and site execution.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project scheduling software.
- Knowledge of construction contracts and measurement procedures.
- Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience: 510 years in civil construction project billing, planning, and execution.
