We are seeking an experienced SDET with a strong background in automation testing and quality engineering practices. The ideal candidate will help lead quality initiatives and ensure effective testing across healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Expertise

- Robust hands-on experience in test automation using Playwright (preferred) or Selenium.
- Proficiency in C#, Python, or Java.
- Experience with API, UI, and end-to-end test automation.
- Exposure to performance testing is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-powered testing tools is preferred.
- Stay current with emerging testing tools, technologies, and quality engineering best practices.

Quality & Collaboration

- Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test suites.
- Define and document testing strategies aligned with business and engineering objectives.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
- Identify quality risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Communication

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams.
