- Acquire current NRI customers through leads, referrals, and self-sourcing.
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing NRI customers.
- Drive CASA, Fixed Deposits, and NRI deposit mobilization.
- Cross-sell wealth, mutual funds, insurance, forex, remittances, loans, and other banking products.
- Handle NRI account opening, KYC, FEMA-related queries, and service requirements.
- Achieve monthly targets for liabilities, investments, fee income, and customer acquisition.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account opening and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA, KYC, AML, and bank policies.
