Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Valapad, Thrissur, Kerala

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with extensive experience in the NBFC sector, financial management, regulatory compliance, treasury, budgeting, and business strategy. The CFO will play a key role in driving the organization's financial growth, profitability, and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic financial leadership to support business growth and expansion.

- Oversee Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, Budgeting, and Financial Planning functions.

- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other statutory requirements applicable to NBFCs.

- Lead preparation and review of financial statements, management reports, and board presentations.

- Monitor liquidity, cash flow, investments, and capital management activities.

- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and internal controls.

- Coordinate with auditors, regulators, banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.

- Manage fundraising activities, debt management, and investor relations.





- Drive cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the management and Board of Directors.

Qualification

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Completed

Experience

- 10 to 15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior finance leadership role within an NBFC.

- Strong exposure to financial planning, regulatory compliance, treasury, taxation, and corporate finance.

Skills Required

- Solid knowledge of RBI regulations and NBFC operations.

- Expertise in Financial Management, Accounting Standards, Taxation, and Audit.

- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.

- Proven track record in leading finance teams and driving business growth.

- Strong corporate governance and risk management experience.

- Ability to work closely with senior management and Board members.

- High level of integrity, professionalism, and leadership capability.
