Experience : 5 to 10 years

Qualification : B.E / B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical

Location : Oragadam, Kanchipuram (Varanavasi)

Responsibilities :

1. Breakdown Maintenance (Shift Operations)

Attend and rectify mechanical breakdowns during shifts for CNC machines, Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), presses, conveyors, and assembly equipment to ensure minimum

downtime.

2. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

Execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities as per maintenance schedules and plans to improve equipment reliability and availability.

3. Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for repeated or major equipment failures and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.

4.



Mechanical Systems Maintenance

Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic & pneumatic systems, and mechanical drive mechanisms to ensure smooth machine operation.

5.Spare Parts Planning & Control

Identify, plan, and manage critical spare parts inventory to ensure timely availability and avoid production losses due to spare shortages.

- Candidate from auto components industry preferred
- Strong in problem solving and analytical skills
- Valuable communication and cross functional coordination
