Role Summary

We are seeking strong, detail-oriented, and authoritative Warehouse Managers to take complete command of our Jaipur warehouse operations. In the event industry, timely and accurate movement of inventory (decor elements, furniture, audiovisual gear, props, and staging material) is critical. You will oversee daily stock movement, maintain strict inventory logs on Excel, ensure absolute cleanliness and organization, and manage floor staff with firm operational control.

Key Responsibilities

- Operational Command & Supervision: Take full charge and ownership of warehouse daily operations, dispatch schedules, loading/unloading of event materials, and return reconciliations.
- Inventory Control & Advanced Excel Management: Maintain detailed, real-time electronic inventory sheets using proper Microsoft Excel tools (tracking asset allocation, stock condition, dispatches, and incoming gear).
- Eye for Detail & Quality Inspection: Inspect all incoming and outgoing event props, decor items, and equipment for damage, missing parts, or quality flaws before and after events.
- Cleanliness & Warehouse Hygiene: Maintain strict standards of warehouse organization, labeling, cleanliness,



and systematic storage to prevent asset damage and ensure quick access.
- Effective Communication: Coordinate clearly with on-site event setup teams, vendors, logistics partners, and management to ensure flawless execution of project timelines.
- Team Management: Direct and manage floor labor, helpers, and drivers with strong authority to ensure high productivity and discipline during dispatch and return hours.

Requirements & Key Qualifications

- Gender: Male candidate (due to hands-on floor supervision during loading/unloading hours).
- Excel Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (proper data entry, asset mapping, stock formulas, and regular reporting).
- Communication: Explicit verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal design/production teams and external transport operators.
- Work Style: High command over work, strong floor presence, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehouse management, event asset management, production inventory, or logistics handling is highly preferred.
