Description:
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of technicians through leadership and guidance. Conducts performance management and sets goals with their team members. Establish a level of accountability within their team, through empowering and establishing clear responsibilities. Assist with completion of Pre-Delivery Inspection of current vehicle arrivals. Including, but not limited to:brief test-drive of vehicles, review of vehicle components, and exterior inspection.
Develop and continuously improve company processes for quality control and effective pre-delivery inspection of vehicles. Clean and detail company vehicles before they are delivered to company locations or customers. Develop detailed reports and identify trends for any issues that are discovered during the pre-delivery inspection. Perform root-cause analysis and collaborate extensively with quality/production/engineering departments to discover the root cause of issues uncovered in the PDI process. Maintains accurate records of new vehicle arrivals and vehicles that have completed the PDI process.
