Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and deliver soft skills training programs for aspirants, focusing on areas such as communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in aspirants performance and develop customized training solutions to address these gaps.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Provide coaching and feedback to trainees during the implementation phase of the program.

Job Requirements :

- 0-5 years of experience in corporate training or a related field (e.g., education).
- Robust understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies (e.g., ADDIE model).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt instructional style to diverse audiences.
- Ability to analyze data from evaluations/assessments to inform future training initiatives.
