- Expertise in Windows Server and VMware server administration.
- Robust knowledge of server virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- In-depth understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with server security practices, including access controls, patch management, and vulnerability assessments.
- Solid understanding of storage technologies, RAID configurations, and SAN/NAS solutions.
- Experience with server monitoring and management tools, such as Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex server issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications, such as Server Administrator.
