Role Overview -
We are looking for an experienced Sr Recruiter Automobile Industry with a strong
understanding of the Automotive and Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for leading recruitment delivery, managing a team of recruiters, and driving hiring
success for key client accounts.

Key Responsibilities -




End-to-end recruitment for Automobile and EV industry clients.
Handle hiring requirements across:
Research & Development (R&D;)
Engineering
Production
Quality
Sales
Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Track recruitment bottlenecks and ensure achievement of hiring targets.

Candidate Requirements -
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Automobile/Manufacturing recruitment.
Strong understanding of Automotive industry roles and hiring trends.
Experience recruiting for Engineering, R&D;, Production, Quality, and Sales functions.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
