Job Summary

We are looking for a PO Executive with a finance background to support the Marketing team in PO creation, budget coordination, vendor invoices, and vendor onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) for Marketing.
- Maintain budget files and coordinate with Finance.
- Verify vendor invoices and share them with Finance for processing.
- Handle vendor onboarding and document verification.
- Coordinate with vendors, Finance, and internal teams for timely closure.
- Maintain records of POs, invoices, budgets, and vendor documents.
