Job Description:

We Are Amnet is looking for a energetic, business-focused Head of HR to lead our global HR function across India, UK, and US. This is a seat at the leadership table, reporting directly to the CEO & MD. You will have end-to-end ownership of the people strategy, uniting Organisation Development (OD), Learning & Development (L&D;), and Culture into a single, high-performance agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic HR Leadership: Translate business priorities into semi-annual people plans. Act as the primary advisor to the CEO & MD on global talent, structure, and performance.
- Organisation Development & Change: Lead annual org health diagnostics, execute structural interventions, and anchor large-scale transformations with structured change models.
- Enterprise L&D; Architecture: Design and embed global competency frameworks, run skill-gap assessments, and launch domain-specific blended learning journeys.
- Culture Stewardship: Institutionalise company Purpose and Principles across all processes.



Drive psychological safety and cultural consistency across global business units.
- Talent & Succession Management: Run Hi-Po assessment frameworks, manage Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and build robust succession pipelines for critical roles.
- Global Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws and statutory filings across India, UK, and US (including PF, PT, POSH, and UK Form P11D).

Non-Negotiable Requirements

- 18 to 22 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Proven track record of personally designing and delivering company-wide OD interventions, enterprise L&D; architectures, and culture transformations.
- Hands-on working knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance across India, UK, and US.
- Extreme communication maturityproven capability in navigating executive-level conflict, managing senior performance/PIPs, and pushing back assertively on leadership.
