- Oversee daily production operations to ensure effective use of resources and meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement manufacturing plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize production processes.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in injection molding or related field (manufacturing management).
- Strong background in factory management, manufaturing head, production head, production management, production planning & control.
- Proven track record in optimizing equipment utilization (OEE) through effective planning and execution.
