About Position:

We are seeking a DevOps / Platform Engineer Lead with strong expertise in Kubernetes-based platform engineering, orchestration, and automation ,AWS. The ideal candidate will design and manage scalable cloud-native platforms, build orchestration layers using Kubernetes Operators/CRDs, and drive automated deployment, infrastructure, and operational readiness practices.

What You'll Do:

- Design and develop Kubernetes-based orchestration platforms using Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs) and Operators to automate platform workflows.
- Implement and manage GitOps practices using Argo CD or Flux, ensuring Git serves as the single source of truth for platform and application deployments.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support platform and tenant deployments, leveraging progressive deployment strategies such as canary, ring-based, and global rollouts with automated rollback capabilities.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management using Terraform or AWS CDK, following an Infrastructure-as-Code and immutable infrastructure approach.
- Manage AWS EKS/Kubernetes clusters, including provisioning, upgrades, validation, smoke testing, and operational automation.
- Drive operational readiness through PTO gate reviews, Operational Readiness Reviews (ORRs), runbook authoring, disaster recovery planning, and service resiliency initiatives.
- Establish observability frameworks using SLIs, SLOs, monitoring, alerting, and self-healing mechanisms to ensure platform reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and operations teams to deliver highly automated, production-ready platforms.
- Preferred Domain Experience:



Support cloud-native telecom workloads, including 5G Core Network Functions (CNFs) and edge deployments.
- Contribute to networking initiatives involving Cilium, eBPF, and Kubernetes networking.
- Work with service mesh technologies, pod networking, and LOCP integrations.
- Participate in multi-site, zero-touch platform rollouts and operational transformation programs.
- Gain exposure to AMS operating models, market-data platforms, and low-latency infrastructure environments.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, including Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs), Operators, and platform orchestration frameworks.
- Proven experience implementing GitOps using Argo CD or Flux, with Git as the authoritative source for deployments and configuration management.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipeline engineering, automated testing, progressive delivery, and deployment strategies such as canary, ring-based, and global rollouts.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and/or AWS CDK, following immutable infrastructure and automation-first principles.
- Expertise in managing AWS EKS and Kubernetes cluster lifecycle activities, including provisioning, upgrades, validation, monitoring, and operational automation.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native observability,



including monitoring, logging, tracing, SLIs/SLOs, alerting, and self-healing architectures.
- Experience driving Operational Readiness Reviews (ORR), creating and validating runbooks, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity procedures.
- Solid understanding of container networking, Kubernetes networking, ingress/egress patterns, and service mesh technologies.
