Brief about team

Consumer Products team is a center of excellence within the Category Management vertical of Tata 1mg. The team works closely with the org-wide leadership team, business, product, growth, and category teams to identify & execute opportunities to launch consumer products under Tata 1mg brand name. The team works to identify consumer product opportunities & develops in-depth understanding of products to be launched. The team work with vendor partners for developing high quality products & owns the complete lifecyle of product from conceptualising to owning sales across channels. The projects span across business verticals including e-pharma, institutional business, e-diagnostics and retail.



The business sells D2C healthcare products across other online channels such as Az, Fk, Blinkit, Swiggy etc.

What will you do?

Creative Strategy & Execution

- Support the visual storytelling for Tata 1mg’s consumer products through video editing, motion graphics, and AI-generated visual content.
- Create engaging and dynamic video content using video editing and AI-powered tools for marketing campaigns, product promotions, and digital advertisements.
- Experiment with multiple AI models and tools to create, enhance, and iterate video content, including text-to-video, image-to-video, visual effects, and other generative AI workflows.
- Stay updated with emerging AI video tools, models, and industry trends to explore new creative possibilities and improve production efficiency.
- Problem Solving & Innovation

- Understand consumer preferences, industry trends, and platform-specific content performance to create videos and AI-powered visual assets that drive engagement.
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to align visuals with business goals and brand identity.
- Optimize video and AI-generated content for various platforms,



ensuring adaptability for e-commerce, social media, and digital marketing channels.
- Take ownership of projects from ideation to execution, using a combination of creative thinking, video editing, and AI tools to deliver innovative content.

What are we looking for?

- Students or recent graduates with an interest in video editing, motion graphics, and AI-powered content creation.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator, along with a willingness to learn new creative tools.
- Hands-on interest or experience with AI video and image generation tools, including platforms such as Google Veo/Veo 3 and other emerging AI tools.
- Strong interest in video editing, storytelling, cinematography, motion graphics, visual composition, and AI-assisted creative workflows.
- A creative mindset with curiosity to experiment, learn, and adapt to rapidly evolving AI tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail in visual storytelling.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced setting.
- A portfolio, personal projects, college projects, or experiments showcasing video editing or AI-generated content is a plus.
