- Oversee the preparation and management of shipping documentation.

- Supervise the customs clearance process, including the submission of required documents.

- Collaborate with customs agents and forwarding agents to ensure efficient clearance and transportation.

- Manage the timely receipt and oversight of shipping documents, including pre-clearance procedures.

3. Stakeholder Coordination:

- Act as the primary point of contact for logistics teams, shipping agents, and other stakeholders.





- Communicate with headquarters and international sites to ensure adherence to documentation requirements.

- Generate and review weekly container status reports, resolving issues to avoid demurrage.

4. Insurance and Claims Management:

- Oversee transportation insurance requirements for damages, losses, and theft.

- Engage with brokers, agencies, and insurers to secure optimal insurance services.

- Manage and resolve insurance claims and related inquiries effectively.

5. Operational Efficiency:

- Ensure prompt and productive demobilization of assets.

- Monitor logistics operations to ensure adherence to budget and operational efficiency.

- Update and track orders, packages, and receipts in SAP.

- Review weekly container status reports, addressing issues to prevent demurrage.

6. Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure all logistics operations align with international regulations and company policies.
