Capable to handle high pressure boiler (Mini. 60 ton) & Turbine (7 MW) as HOD experience higher position 10-15 years (BOE preferable)

Preferred candidate profile
Boiler and Power Plant Head (or Plant Manager/Operations Head) is responsible for the secure, efficient, and profitable 24/7 operation, maintenance, and overall management of a power generation facility, focusing heavily on boiler and turbine performance, team leadership, budget control, regulatory compliance (like IBR/BOE), fuel management, and continuous improvement for maximum energy output and minimal downtime, often requiring extensive engineering background and BOE certification
