- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or in-person visits for industrial equipment and machinery issues.
- Troubleshoot complex problems using fault finding techniques and electronic components knowledge.
- Conduct on-site repairs of PCBs, motors, lasers, scanners, photocopiers, and other industrial electronics devices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in field service or support role in the industrial equipment/machinery industry.
- Robust understanding of circuitry, electronics, ITI (Industrial Technology Institute), office automation principles.
- Proficiency in performing repairs on various types of equipment such as PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards), motors, lasers (LaserJet printers), scanners.
