- Looking for immediate joiners
- Provide L1 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and common applications.
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, DNS/DHCP and basic connectivity issues.
- Configure email, Microsoft Office and other business applications.
- Support user account, password and basic access-related issues.
- Install and configure printers, scanners and other peripherals.
- Log, track and update incidents/requests using an IT ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate L2/L3 teams.
- Maintain IT asset and support documentation.
- Provide in office or remote assistance to users.
- Follow company IT security and support procedure
