Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive the Health & General Insurance business through the Direct Channel. The candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the sales team, achieving business targets, driving customer acquisition, and ensuring consistent business growth across the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the Direct Channel sales team for Health & General Insurance.
- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual insurance business targets.
- Monitor team productivity, sales performance, conversion ratios, and business funnel.
- Manage and motivate team members to achieve individual and overall area targets.




- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase insurance penetration and customer acquisition.
- Ensure regular lead generation, customer engagement, follow-ups, and policy conversions.
- Track daily and monthly performance and take corrective actions to improve productivity.
- Conduct regular team reviews, provide coaching, and support team members in achieving their targets.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, regulatory guidelines, and insurance compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and relevant insurance partners to ensure smooth policy issuance and customer servicing.
